University of Michigan Press attends London Book Fair…

Mary Bisbee-Beek (Director of Trade Marketing, Publicity and Foreign Rights, University of Michigan Press) attends the London Book Fair, an opportunity to meet with publishers and agents from other countries to negotiate territory sales.

"The big European [book] fair is in Frankfurt. London is primarily a rights fair, which means that it is an opportunity to meet with publishers and agents from other countries to continue the discussions we start in Frankfurt."

"The book has been a wonderful success in France and it will be launched in Australia in May (2007)."
